Quoth the Llunanti-Sì:

*None, just angry glares and animal growling…

Kith Excerpt:

Many tell of the Hedge when speaking of the Fae Realms, as well as what lies in and beyond it. Out past the Umbras and Shrouds and Deep Deep realms – the line blurs between one world and the next begins. Between the Celtic Dead’s Summer-Lands and the heavy gates of Magh Tuireadh is one such realm. This ill-defined world is a Hedge itself, wherein exists hundreds and hundreds of miles of dark forest thick with barbed bracket, briar, and bramble, Some of these prickly grounds are prevalent with plants sacred to the Seacht. Blackberry bushes and Blackthorn wood are two such florae.

Llunnanti-Sì are the Tribe tasked by the Tuatha de Danaan to protect these sacred groves. Wilder and more savage then even their Adh-Sì kin, these zealous wild-folk are inhuman in enforcing their Gods-given mission.

Of all the Seacht Tribes, they are most alien in mindset. Not malevolent by any means but callous in their undertakings, all that matters to them is ensuring the promulgation of their ancestral holdings. Not all of the Tribe stays in Magh Tuireadh however, there are such hallowed grounds over the whole of the Celtic Lands, and sometimes beyond. Any one of them might be under the vigilant eye of a Llunnanti-Sì.

“Most of the time in the 21st century, we dominate our surroundings: We tweak the thermostat, and the temperature falls one degree. We push a button, and Taylor Swift sings for us. It’s the opposite in the wilderness, which teaches us constantly that we are not lords of the universe but rather building blocks of it.” – Nicholas Kristof
