Quoth the Gandharva:

*None- just a wink and a happy, goofy smirk as he slaps out a funky groove-filled bassline…

Kith Excerpt:

The line between the Gandharvas and Kinnara is a thin one. They are both horse-headed (Sometimes winged) musicians of the Otherworlds with a power of creativity that belies all reason and changes the hearts of men and Fae alike. Yet the Gandharva serve the Vedics (Seelie) as Celestial musicians that can sway hearts to better and better ends.

The Ghandarva are perpetually chipper monsters, said to have been born out of Brahma the Creator God’s shadow. Their first act of creation was to express the joy of life in song, while their Kinnara brother tribe screamed in painful frustration at the shortness of mortal life. The schism was created then and there, and while the two tribes are amiable, they will forever be “Other” to the dichotomy of Janajaati (Kith).

This wondrous joy of creation is what dictates the Ghandarva’s perpetual search for higher and higher means of expression. There is always a new song to elevate one’s consciousness. Yet this also leaves them open to shattered perceptions of reality should the real world hurt them too much. As no few Peri poets sing of how a Ghandarva is but one true-love’s heat-break away from becoming a Kinnara. Gandharva laugh at such good-natured ribbing… They have far more important things to do than worry about that hypothetical heart-ache… That’s so stupid. I mean, come-on… It’s not like it will ever happen, anyway. Right? RIGHT?

“Many great works of art, poetry, and music are inspired by astral memories.
The desire to do noble, beautiful things here on Earth
is also often a carryover of astral experiences between a person’s earth lives.”
– Paramahansa Yogananda

“When you make music or write or create, it’s really your job to have mind-blowing, irresponsible, condomless sex with whatever idea it is you’re writing about at the time.”
― Lady Gaga
